Because digital products can be downloaded, accessed, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, DigitalCraftsy does not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made on DigitalCraftsy are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, downloaded, or made available to you, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

DigitalCraftsy products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Unlike physical products, a digital file can be downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed immediately. Because of this, returns and refunds are generally not possible once the purchase has been completed.

5. Product Not as Described

DigitalCraftsy aims to provide accurate product descriptions and previews.

If you believe that the product you received is substantially different from the product description, contact us with your order details and an explanation of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine whether a correction, replacement, or other appropriate solution is possible.

6. Exchanges

DigitalCraftsy does not offer direct exchanges for digital products.

If you purchased the wrong product or later decide that you want a different product, you will generally need to make a new purchase.

7. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with the relevant order information. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but a refund is not guaranteed.

Problems caused by your own device, internet connection, software, or unsupported applications do not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Final Sale Policy

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON DIGITALCRAFTSY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available except where DigitalCraftsy determines that a genuine technical or product-delivery issue requires an appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
